Fat Grafting
a surgery that creates a three-dimensional face shape
A surgery that uses your own fat from the thighs, lower abdomen, buttocks, and other areas to add volume to the face, giving it dimension and a youthful appearance
Fat Grafting
Elite Lipokit fat grafting harvests unnecessary fat from areas such as the thighs and lower abdomen, then uses only high-quality pure fat to create a natural volume effect. You may think of fat grafting as simply filling hollow areas with volume, but it requires seasoned experience to inject the fat delicately, particle by particle, while taking into account both harmony with the surrounding area and the survival rate.

Surgical Method
Using a very small tube (cannula) at low pressure, microfat 1 mm or less in diameter is suctioned, impurities are filtered out, and only pure fat tissue is grafted,
and during grafting, small amounts of about 0.1 cc are placed repeatedly so that the fat spreads evenly through the recipient tissue, maximizing the survival rate.
Elite Lipokit fat grafting also uses a system that removes the oil (free oil) produced during fat grafting, raising the survival rate and minimizing side effects.

-
01
Your own fat is extracted from an area with plenty of fat -
02
The fat is purified and compressed twice in a special centrifuge -
03
Only the double-filtered, high-purity fat is separated -
04
Your own serum is added to the high-purity fat for greater synergy -

A fat grafting plan is designed for the areas that need volume -

Fat Grafting Q&A
-
Does all of the grafted fat survive after fat grafting? The survival rate of grafted fat varies with each person's condition and the treated area, but it is generally known to be about 50–70%. To improve the survival rate, it is important to rest after the procedure and follow the medical staff's care instructions.
-
Is an additional procedure needed after fat grafting? An additional procedure may be needed if the desired volume is not achieved after the first procedure, or depending on each person's survival rate. This is generally decided by assessing the results after 2–3 months, and an additional procedure can give a more satisfying result.
-
How long do swelling and bruising last after fat grafting? This depends on the treated area, but swelling and bruising generally subside within 1–2 weeks after the procedure. Avoiding strenuous activity during this period and applying cold compresses as directed by the medical staff will help recovery.
