Breast Lift
Breasts are generally described as sagging when the nipple sits below the center of the breast.
When the breasts sag significantly, there is not only cosmetic dissatisfaction but also physical discomfort, such as skin folding over on itself, as well as considerable psychological stress. The degree of sagging can be judged by how far the nipple has dropped relative to the fold under the breast. Normally, the nipple should sit 4–5 cm above the fold, and if it is below the fold, surgical correction can be considered necessary.

Surgical Method
When the sagging is not severe, the breasts can be corrected easily by adding volume with augmentation. When it is severe, the surgery uses an incision around the areola
to lift the breast tissue upward and secure it in place. Reducing the excess skin on both sides of the breast and pulling it taut lifts both the breast and the nipple.
A youthful, firm breast shape can be created while preserving the sensory nerves of the nipple, and the breasts can be enlarged or reduced as needed.

Glamfit Breast Augmentation Q&A
-
Do breast implants need to be replaced over time? The implants used today are highly durable, but they do not last forever and may need to be replaced after a certain period. They generally last about 10–15 years, though they may last longer depending on each person's condition.
If problems such as implant rupture or capsular contracture (hardening of the tissue around the implant) occur, replacement or removal may be needed. It is important to monitor the condition of the implant with regular ultrasound or MRI scans. -
Can the breasts feel unnatural after breast surgery? The feel can vary with the type of implant and how it is placed, and the breasts may feel unnatural at first. If capsular contracture occurs, the breast can harden, so massage or appropriate care is needed. When there is enough of your own tissue (fat, skin, etc.) over the implant, a natural feel is more likely. If you want a natural feel, it is important to choose an implant suited to your body type and skin condition.
-
Can the shape change after breast surgery? It takes about 3–6 months for the implant to settle properly, and the shape can change during recovery. To prevent sagging or implant movement, it is important to wear a compression bra early on and avoid strenuous exercise and strong pressure. Over time, the implant settles naturally and adapts to the breast tissue, and the final shape takes form. Breast shape can change with factors such as weight fluctuations, aging, and childbirth, so long-term care may be needed.
